John Christensen

Communication, General Pedagogy and Didactics

John started teaching in 1998 and has worked in the Danish school system as an educational consultant for the Danish Ministry of Educations, the national television agency and the center for educational research. Currently, John works with children in many different capacities: teaching young adults with special needs, working with the Family Hope Center, and supporting individual clients in physiotherapy and neurological training.

In 2007 John got certified as a ManuVision therapist (body-mind integration), and in 2011 became a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). John has further training in additional teaching approaches and therapeutic techniques.

John uses his spare time as a volunteer for the Red Cross (medic) and likes to go on hikes and new nature experiences. John first learned about the Family Hope Center in 2011 when his child was born with a brain injury. Since then, John has been training his son using the FHC protocols as he wanted to implement the best possible support for him. After working with the team to support his child, he decided to join on a professional basis in the summer of 2021.
